Created in collaboration with W Gourmet, Autumn Melodies is a premium Mid-Autumn gift set inspired by the changing rhythms of autumn. Through layered paper craftsmanship, the design unfolds like a visual symphony, capturing the movement of nature. Enhanced by meticulous details, the packaging transforms the seasonal beauty of autumn into a tactile and emotional experience that invites reflection, discovery, and appreciation for nature's quiet moments.
The Concept
Inspired by the beauty of autumn’s seasonal transition, Autumn Melodies captures the harmony of nature, movement, and human emotion through a poetic visual experience. Falling leaves, gentle winds, birds, and shifting colors come together like notes in a symphony, celebrating the romance and serenity of the season. Through layered paper techniques, intricate cutouts, and interactive reveals, the design invites viewers to gradually uncover the artwork, creating an immersive experience that reflects the changing rhythms of autumn while encouraging moments of reflection, discovery, and emotional connection.
The Design
As you progress from left to right, you'll discover four scenes: a serene morning with drifting clouds, a tranquil noon with golden leaves, a romantic sunset with birds in flight, and a lantern-lit evening. To create depth and a sense of motion, details such as clouds, trees, and lanterns are meticulously embossed, while gold foil accents add a subtle shimmer to the autumn landscape. Beyond the outer box, the interior is carefully crafted with luxurious velvet fabric, where the combination of deep blue and warm orange creates a sophisticated contrast that elevates the overall design.
More than a gift set, Autumn Melodies is a keepsake designed to preserve the beauty, emotions, and memories of autumn long after the season has passed.
